This was also the type of training I turned to in my post natal phase after having my son....... easy, efficient, got me moving for under 10 mins which helped my energy & mood levels to handle the day withmy baby! I also did it through the toddler stage so son got burning off some of his endless energy with me too!
The workouts are divided into 4 modules to focus on:
- THE WHOLE BODY (designed to improve over all movement & tone, increase heart rate for calorie burning & improved fitness levels)
- THE UPPER BODY (designed to improve posture, increase strength in our back, tone those arms & be able to handle all the lifting we do with kids)
- THE LOWER BODY (designed to lengthen the tight hamstring muscles, tone the legs & glutes & improve flexibility to fit in those skinny jeans)
- THE CORE (designed to build a stronger abdominal area to improve tummy tone and reduce back ache)
Based on your time, decide if you want to follow a 10-minute workout per day or group 3 days' worth of workouts to get a complete 30-minute session.
This course allows you to either target specific areas or focus on the body as one.
